Hi, I’m Arabella 

My work is centred around helping people build sustainable wellbeing from the inside out — reducing overwhelm, improving resilience, and creating greater capacity to navigate modern life.

I take a grounded, holistic approach that combines Reiki, neuroscience-informed practices, and practical self-regulation tools. Before creating Realign & Co., I worked as a Veterinary Nurse and within the ambulance service — experiences that gave me a deep appreciation for both the science of the human body and the very real ways chronic stress and emotional overload impact our health.

I work alongside professionals, parents, and high-performing individuals who are carrying more than they realise. Much of what I guide others through was developed out of necessity — because I needed it myself first.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, mum to two young daughters, and someone who feels most at home in nature.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on practice that helps your body relax deeply and reset its natural rhythm. It works with your nervous system to release tension and support recovery, so you can function at a high level without constantly running on empty.

Arabella offers Reiki sessions in Pokeno, supporting clients across Franklin and South Auckland who are looking for a practical, grounded way to manage stress and improve their overall wellbeing.

What to expect:

Before Your Session:

  • Fill out the new client questionnaire

  • Share any intentions/concerns

During Your Session:

  • You remain fully clothed

  • Gentle hand placements are used on or above the body

  • You may feel warmth, tingling, heaviness or deep relaxation

  • Emotional release or energetic shifts may occur

  • Each session is unique to your system

After Your Session:

  • Most people feel relaxed, grounded and clear

  • Processing may continue for several hours/days

  • Drink plenty of water and take things gently if possible

Your first
session

Initial Consultation + Reiki
75 minutes — $110

Your first session is a little longer so we have time to talk properly. We'll go through what's going on for you, what you're hoping to get from Reiki, and set a clear starting point for the work ahead.

Includes a full consultation, intention setting, Reiki session, and post-session integration.

Individual Sessions

Single Sessions From $60

Whether you need a quick reset or a longer, deeper session, there's an option to suit where you're at. Sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes depending on what you need.

  • Express Reset — 30 min / $60 (quick reset, ideal for busy schedules)

  • Standard Session — 60 min / $100 (the most popular option)

  • Extended Rest — 90 min / $145 (for deeper rest and recovery)

Ongoing Support

Multi-Session Support

For people who want consistent, ongoing support — not just a one-off. Packages are a more cost-effective way to keep your nervous system in a good place over time, and having appointments pre-booked means it actually happens.

Options range from focused short-term support through to longer-term maintenance programmes.

What does a Reiki session actually feel like?

Everyone experiences Reiki differently, but most people describe feeling deeply relaxed, calm, grounded, or mentally lighter after a session. Some notice warmth, tingling, heaviness, emotional release, or improved mental clarity, while others simply realise how long it’s been since they truly slowed down.

My sessions are designed to help the body and mind shift out of constant stress mode and into a state that supports rest, recovery, and recalibration.

Is Reiki spiritual or religious?

Reiki is not tied to any religion or belief system, and you do not need to be “spiritual” to benefit from it.

I approach Reiki in a grounded and practical way, focusing on stress reduction, relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Many clients simply view it as dedicated time to reset, recharge, and reconnect with themselves in an increasingly demanding world.

How many sessions will I need?

While many people benefit from a single session, the greatest results often come through consistency and ongoing support.

Some clients seek additional support during particularly demanding periods of life — such as grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship breakdowns, or major life transitions — where more regular sessions can help create greater stability, recovery, and capacity.

Others incorporate sessions as part of their ongoing wellbeing and performance maintenance — a proactive way to manage stress more sustainably, maintain resilience, and avoid reaching the point of complete exhaustion or burnout.

Much like physical fitness, wellbeing is something that benefits from regular care rather than a one-off approach. My goal is to help clients build sustainable wellbeing over time — not just temporary relief.
